Canada’s Jeff Smith and Russia’s Boris Koltsov have signed with ZWA Sports Management.

Former Lakeside World Championship finalist Smith joined ahead of his debut at the PDC World Championship, where he will take on Luke Humphries in a preliminary round match at London’s Alexandra Palace.

If Smith prevails, he will go on to face two-time World Champion Gary Anderson in the first round.

Smith, nicknamed ‘The Silencer’ has previously appeared in the Grand Slam of Darts and represented Canada at the World Cup.

Koltsov has played in the PDC World Championship on two previous occasions, reaching the first round after winning his preliminary round match in 2015.

He was also half of the Russian World Cup team that defeated Australia to reach the quarter-finals of the tournament for the first time in 2017.

Koltsov lost out to his World Cup teammate Aleksandr Oreshkin in qualifying for the upcoming World Championship so is focusing on his bid to earn a PDC Tour Card at Qualifying School in January.
