2015 William Hill PDC World Championship - Day Nine - Alexandra PalaceMany of the world’s top professional darts players, including Michael van Gerwen, have agreed extended management and sponsorship contracts with ZWA Sports Management Ltd.

In addition to last year’s announcements of  long-term renewals from Paul Nicholson and Rowby-John Rodriguez, world number one van Gerwen and fellow Dutch top 16 star Vincent van der Voort have both committed their futures to ZWA and vice-versa.

Spanish pair Cristo Reyes and Antonio Alcinas have both also agreed long term renewals.

Meanwhile, exciting youth prospect Berry van Peer is welcomed to the ZWA stable, while Dutchman Yordi Meeuwisse will also be represented by ZWA in 2016. more


Michael van Gerwen believes he is playing the best darts of his career after collecting his third consecutive TV title with victory in the World Series of Darts Finals in Glasgow on Sunday.

The world number one edged out Peter Wright in a thrilling final to clinch victory in the inaugural staging of the event, following wins in the European Championship and Grand Slam of Darts. more


Dutch pair Michael van Gerwen and Vincent van der Voort have enjoyed continued success in 2015 so far.

World number one van Gerwen has been on a remarkable run of form, which has seen him win four of the five tournaments played since losing his World Championship crown to Gary Anderson, while van der Voort has enjoyed an impressive spell – reaching at least the quarter-finals in his last six events. more

Rowby-John Rodriguez ZWA talent Rowby-John Rodriguez will compete in the final of the World Youth Championship at London’s O2 Arena next month, where he will face Keegan Brown.

Rodriguez booked his place in the prestigious final, which will take place on May 22 – alongside the Premier League Play-Offs – by coming through the last 64 in Reading on Saturday. more
