SIX ZWA-represented arrows aces will make their debuts at this weekend’s UK Open Qualifiers as the race to Minehead begins in Wigan.

Austrian youngster Rusty-Jake Rodriguez (pictured), Holland’s Melvin de Fijter, Spain’s Jesus Noguera Perea and Boris Kolstov, of Russia, all earned the right to compete in the six PDC UK Open Qualifiers after narrowly missing out on earning tour cards at the PDC’s inaugural European Qualifying School this month.

Also playing in the tournaments for the first time are Danny Noppert, of The Netherlands, and Spain’s Jose Justicia Perales, who begin their respective careers as PDC professionals, having both won tour cards.

The first three UK Open Qualifiers take place from Friday 2 – Sunday 4 February with the final three events being played the following weekend.

The six recently-signed debutants will join a host of ZWA darters bidding for places at the UK Open finals in March.
